PRICE
All indicated prices do not include taxes. All price are subject to change without notice.
CONDITIONS
Autorized dealer or retailer in parts and accessories wich meets the standards established in the
industry. An application business account form will have to be submitted for approuval and to issue a credit limit with your purchase order.
PAYMENT
For customer with open account with BSL DISTRIBUTIONS INC. All invoices for shipment leaving by the last working day of the
month (Total of monthly statement) are payable by the 15th of the following month.
SERVICE CHARGE
A 2% administration charge will be added to your account on all invoices unpaid within 30 days of invoicing.
DELIVERY
Available merchandise for orders received before noon will be shipped the same day providing the account is not past due.
A PAST DUE ACCOUNT WILL CAUSE A DELAY IN DELIVERY AND ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED C.O.D.
BACK ORDERS
Unless a cancellation, all back orders will be shipped within 30 days. If after this period, items is still not available, they will be cancelled automatically, if necessary, items will have to be reordered.
FREIGHT
BSL DISTRIBUTIONS Inc. will be pay the freight on all orders over $ 250.00 in most parts of Quebec and New Brunswick by a carrier of our choice, providing the account is not past due. The Magdalen-Island, Northern territories, lower North Shore, and the others Canadian
Provinces. Freight will be charge on your invoice, we will give you 5% discount as freight allowance. ALL OVER DUE ACCOUNTS WILL RECEIVE THEIR MERCHANDISE FREIGHT COLLECT. The prepaid policy will not be applied on oils and chemicals products and special sales.
CARGO INSURANCE POLICY
An amount of $ 2.00 will be added on your invoice for all order over $ 100.00 to cover the lost or broken merchandise.
MINIMUM ORDER
Handling charges are sometimes greater than the cost of the order. All invoices under $ 25.00 will be charged an amount of $ 3.00 to cover handling charges.
CLAIMS
All orders are carefully checked before shipping and leave our warehouses in good condition. All claims for damage or shortage must be made directly with the carrier.
RETURNS
Do not send back goods for credit or replacement without our authorization. Handling charges up to 20% will be charged on returned merchandise, except if goods were defective or error of our part. All returns must be sent prepaid within 10 days following invoice date. Any goods accepted for credit must be in new condition and in new original packing and indicate invoice number and date of sale description of the problem.
WARRANTY
Our merchandise carry the original mannufacturer warranty against all manufacturing defects which could render them unfit for the purpose
for which they were fabricated. Maximum applicable responsibility by BSL Distributions is limited to the replacement of the defective part, not for labor. Defective material to be replaced or repaired at the discretion of BSL Distributions. We would like to point out that we
do not hold ourselves responsible for defects caused by installation of material. This warranty is offered to the original purchaser only and,
as such, is non-transferable. Thereafter, said warranty shall apply solely to the replacement of or refund for defective parts. BSL Distributions shall not be held responsible for and this warranty does not apply to, any failure, defect or damage arising from or connected with misuse, negligence, vandalism or any other external force.
